The Customer Service (SAC)
is responsible for:
- Trade visits to final customers.
- Trade missions.
- Service to clients 24h a day, 365 days a year with
the commitment to respond to any enquiry or complaint.
- Offer answers and solutions in a short time to
avoid inconveniencies for customers.
- Offer to clients a greater accessibility to the
Port and to the Port Community, acting as delegate
between the two sides.
